Delay between filing DS-261 and AOS invoice?

I got my case and invoice # this morning from the NVC.  I went online and filed the DS-261immediately and assigned myself as agent (I'm the USC)  but I get the error message when trying to pay the AOS fees.  Does anyone know the normal time frame (it says up to 2 weeks) when it is generated to pay?

For us it took 48 hrs, You could try calling the NVC and asking them to review the 261  while you asre on the phone with them and also if they can release the AOS fee payment
