I was married to my First  wife in Pakistan, marriage was registered in Pakistan and then I applied I-130 for her. . She came to the US and became a USC. we have been divorced in the US now. and the divorce decree indicates that the marriage took place in Pakistan.

I am looking to get married to my fiancee who also happens to be in Pakistan .

Q: I am legally able to marry my fiancee in Pakistan, because polygamy is legal in Pakistan. In order for me to apply for her I-130 for my second wife, do I need to divorce my Ex in Pakistan?

Q: the US embassy in Islamabad going to accept my divorce that is done in USA . but at the same time complain that I cannot get married again in Pakistan without divorcing my EX in Pakistan(even though Pakistani law allows it) ?

Generally, you divorce in the US should be recognized in Pakistan.  Just as your marriage in Pakistan is recognized in the US.  Is this not the case?

Yes, but the process of an official divorce can take months. so what if I marry before the Pakistani divorce is finalized?
