Hello,

Briefly, my husband and I have divorced and our divorce decree has just been finalized. Our marriage was bona fide but because of his controlling behavior and negative family interference our marriage collapsed and we both filed for divorce.

How will a case where a husband and a wife that both filed for divorce, living together be dealt with when it comes to ROC? And possibly a remarriage? (We are trying to rekindle Our relationship(love) and we are both keeping positive and our goal is to make this relationship work. Bringing another person esp your wife, fiance from another country takes a lot of time, money and effort and we both have invested in each other so we both feel it was wrong to have given up on each other).

The 90 days before the 2 year anniversary of coming to the US on which I'm supposed to be filing would be early next year ... So we are both unsure on which path to take...

Any advice?

Thank you in advance.
