Hi everybody,i have a quick question :

Do i have to send my spouse's prior divorce decree with my N400 application?

if yes:

my spouse has no copy here we are, the divorce was in the same state but different city , how can have a copy if we live far away from where the divorce take a place?

spouse think there is no way how to get the divorce paper except to make a day or two trip to get it in person , !! we would like to know if there is any other possible way other than traveling to get the papers ,

you will have send your spouse divorce papers or take it to the interview. do you have any family member in the city that could go to the court and get it for you ? are you filling under the 3yrs being marry to a usa citizen?
