Hello everyone
I am a US Citizen living in the US, filed I-130 forms for my wife and 2 years old son who are overseas, (my daughter was born several months after I submitted the I-130s and before I get the approvals of my wife and son).
My wife's and my son's I-130s' got approved and now preparing the affidavit of support part.
My income is not enough so I am using a joint sponsor (married filing jointly with 2 kids)
Which I-864 forms does each of us need to fill out? I need to make sure I am using the right forms.
My understanding is:
I file form I-864 for my wife, form I-864W for my son.
My joint sponsor files form I-864 and form I-864A for his wife, since he will be using her income.
How do I break up their individual income in the income section when they filed jointly?
What do I need to do regarding my new born daughter?
How do I add her to the process?
Do I need to fill out form I-864W for her, as well?
