Hey Guys,

i will visit my Fiancee in 2 weeks and my NO1 is May 25th. i will stay with her until end of July might get my approval by then(Just a HOPE :) ). Should i prepare updated Intend to Marry paper, salary and work related papers? If everything goes well she will get her interview in October or November. Do you think July signed documents would be outdated for October or November interview?

Thanks

It's only my opinion but the closer the Letter of Intent to marry and employment document evidence is to the interview date the better. Especially, the Letter of Intent. They want to see evidence of a good ongoing relationship. I will be sending my Fiance new documents (Letter of Intent, Updated G-325A and I-134 about 3 weeks before the interview. I am about to change jobs next week so I need to provide new evidence of employment.
