i864 Part 6 question 19

Hi every one. I have a question about form I864 part 6 and question 19

I just a condition residence but i want to be a sponsor for my nephew to apply for green card. I just come here for 2 year and just filed 2 year for the tax return. 2015, 2014.

But in the question 19 they need 3 past tax return how can i fill in this form ?

If i filed together with my husband, how can i get my total income in 1040 form ?

And for my husband if he fill I864A does he need to copy the tax return too, because it is together with me ?

You are a joint sponsor?

You fill in the exact number it says on the "total income" line on your tax return, no matter how you filed it (jointly or not).

You check the box that says you did not file for each of the last 3 years, and attach an explanation explaining why you were not required to file for 2013. (I am guessing that you were a nonresident alien for 2013 and didn't have any US income?)

You only need to include your husband's income on your I-864 (and have him fill out an I-864A) if your own current income is not enough. (Though some consulates might require it anyway.)

What visa is that? Are you doing a F4 for nephew only?

YES, I AM A JOINT SPONSOR FOR MY NEPHEW. HE MARRIED WITH HIS WIFE.

MY INCOME IS ABOUT 21.000 BUT I DO TOGETHER WITH MY HUSBAND AND THE TOTAL IN MY 1040 IS ABOUT 30000 FOR BOTH OF US IN THE LINE 22,

THAT MEAN I MUST CHECK "NO" ON THE QUESTION 18A RIGHT ?

IF ATTACH AN EXPLANATION. HOW CAN I WRITE IT ON PART 11? DO YOU HAVE ANY SAMPLE FOR ME ?
