I have been a permanent resident since September 2006. I am filing now for my citizenship under the 5 year rule.

I have a few questions and hope someone can help.

I am a widow (as of February this year) and I am a little confused as to what documentation I need to send with my application. I have gone back and forth over this and I would just like someone to let me know if I am on the right track.

From what I can understand I need to enclose marriage & death certificate.

Both myself and my husband had been married before so if I am reading the instructions correctly I need to send evidence of our prior divorces?

Am I required to send tax transcripts for the past 5 years or is that only for those applying under the 3 year rule?

Thank you in advance.

Yes, enclose your marriage certificate, his death certificate, proof of termination of prior marriages, and tax transcripts for the prior 5 years.
