So for the record, USCIS did not lie in response to your congressman's inquiry, right? They accurately responded that you were in line for oath scheduling last week. I can't find it because you post updates on so many different threads, but you said that USCIS had lied about your case status recently. I'm glad you're scheduled, but it's important to correct that claim in case it dissuades others from contacting their congressperson when necessary.

jan 26th, uscis responded to senator's office by saying i was alreayd in oath. 2nd infopass 2 days ago showed nothing was done since interveiw date in dec . the window agent was surprised and went to talk to a supervisor. the supervisor at infopass promised to review my file and decide and will send us oath soon. the next day status from interveiw scheduled changed to oath letter mailed.

so i was misinformed by uscis first.
