doesn't matter what it shows,

you will never be able to see one that says infopass for oath letter not received, follow up

just select what i suggested and tell the agent, its been taking too long and you already have travel plans soon and need the oath

if i were you i would call again and ask for tier 2 rep right away and be prepared to put on hold for very long time. if you are at home and have time, i would do it.

Speaking to tire 2 rep can make difference. when ic spoke to the rep, she said call again and if supervisor reveiw is done, she could give me oath date. So seems like Tier 2 rep do have some authority to speed thigns up. Teir 2 reps are actual immigration officers. Call again and again once every 3 days speak only with a tier 2 rep not the regular agents.

The guy was nice but he did not want to transfer me to the Tier 2 officer. ???

I told him I want to speak to Tier 2, but he wanted to go over the details and said all is normal.

I guess I'll have more information when I go to the office in Chicago. It's very hard for me to travel there, but I have no choice at this point.

that is rude. you have the right to speak to tier 2 or next level agent as they call it. The moment they pick up, you should tell them you would like to tlak to next level agent or tier 2

no such email on my wife's gmail yet

she has infopass on 26th.

BTW on Dec 11th in chicago, what time was your naturilization interview? my wife's was 10 : 30 am but got to see an officer at 11 30 am
