Hi citizenship1, I did the interview in Chicago , same date : 11th Dec 2014.

I called yesterday and she did not transfer me to level 2. She told me: "call us after 90 days".

you should start with I am calling about my n400 case and I 'd like to speak to tier 2 agent. I did but had to wait amost 3 hours than a british accented woman picked up, verified info and told my wife her case is waiting for "supervisor review" and until that is done there can be no oath letter or ceremony. asked if they can do is bit faster since over a month has passed, told us there is zero they can do anything !

can't believe this is taking this long.

wantmygc2013 : Can you share the information how you request the infopass 30 days after the interview?
Online I can see these 4 options:
Order from Immigration Court
Case Processing Appointment
EAD inquiry appointment
Case Services follow-up appointment
Order from Immigration Court - If you were directed to us for processing based on an order from the Immigration Judge. You must bring all documents required in the post order instructions given to you by the court.
Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing.
EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days.
Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment.

What is the right one I need to choose?
