Hello all,,

My partner's petition for the K-1 visa has been approved and we received NOA2 on June 25 (through the USCIS website and still have not received it in hard copy). We are both living in the UAE at the moment. However, I am applying for a position in Singapore and have a good chance of getting it. There is a chance we will relocate there soon.

However, we still have not received any notification that our application has been forwarded to NVC. I believe it should be sent soon.

A) What happens to our application if we do indeed move?

B) Who do we notify in case of relocation?

C) Bear in mind that the process of relocating will take up between 1-2 months. By then, I believe that the consulate here should have received it.

I'm not sure what's the process exactly here.

Another issue that might arise is that my partner is no longer working in the UAE (therefore is no longer a resident here). are we able to proceed with the application and attend interviews in a country that is not his home? Must we transfer the application to his home country?

Would appreciate any help as I am sort of freaking out!
