Hi guys! Wanna ask some question and advise...my name in my birth certificate doesn't match on my passport... in my birth cert it is Charmane Santillan Flores Jr. Way back 2002 i applied my passport and one of my requirements that i submitted was my birth certificate...but when i got my passport it appeared as Charmane Jr. Santillan Flores...

On my passport this is showned:

Surname: Flores

Given name: Charmane Jr.

Middle name: Santillan

I got married and got divorce..but i still have the name of my ex-husband in my passport since my passport's expiration will be on 2017.....right now i have an American fiance and will filing a K1 fiancee visa....my question is can i still use my ex-husband name for application since i still have my passport with his name? If i am going to use my maiden name, would it be a problem later on since my first name in my birth cert is different on my passport first name....my birth cert, baptismal, some valid IDs and my marriage certificate before was are the same as CHARMANE SANTILLAN FLORES JR. but my transcript of records from college, my two expired passports and my divorce are the same name written as CHARMANE JR. SANTILLAN FLORES...i was thinking of other option like making joint affidavit and have sign or notary from theplease HELP me gguys what i need to do regarding with th lawyer if im going to liis matter...your comments and advise will higappreciated! Thank you in advance!

Call NSO and DFA about that, more than anybody else they are the most credible source regarding that matter..I'm not sure if they will change it again to your maiden name..but there's mo harm in trying.call NSO..to avoid problem in the future.? goodluck
