On E2 Status in the US. F4 petition pending at NVC.

NVC unaware that I am in the US and sent sibling fee receipt for Affidavit of Support even though PD is not current (23 JULY 2002)

1. Should we inform NVC NOW that I am in the US and will apply for Adjustment of status when PD CUrrent..

2. E2 visa hold should not have dual intent so is it safe to inform NVC now or wait till closer to PD becoming current, in which case should we just ignore paperwork sent by NVC for now.

3. Are E2 visa holders eligilble to file I 485 to adjust status. Says on instruction that E visa holder are not eligible???

4. When and Where does sibling send Affidavit of Support if I will be adjusting in the US
