Need some information About change of address at NVC stage

Hi! I emailed nvc for change of address. How long do they usually respond to this kind of email? I emailed them at nvcinquiry@state.gov. Is this the right email address?

Hi i wanted to do that on their website its just that they told me to email it to them. Do you have an idea how long it takes for them to answer? But this link isnt this for uscis stage?

I get response from them everytime I send email in NVC after 1 week,sometimes more but I saw some post here they get response in 24hrs.

I just hope they respond quickly with my email though, my case have been with nvc for more or less 6 months. because of this change of address situation.
