Hi everyone! We had our NOA2 approved last week and are trying to get orginised for our next steps! My partner has been living with me in Australia for the last 6 years and apart from having her USA credit card and her family in the states she has no ties. Can anyone suggest what we should provide to prove she can re enter, etc? Were really lost with this one! Thank you in advance.

Is she a US citizen? Her proving she is a citizen should be more than enough... Her passport, birth certificate or certificate of naturalization if she wasn't born here. If she is a US citizens she can be outside of the US for whatever length of time she likes, she does not need to have any ties to proof she can come back.

Thank you! we were told that this is a major 'Hurdle' for us! She 100% citizen, born and raised! We still have all of her docs to prove that!

Hopefully that will be enough then!
