I the beneficiary have been traveling and working for the past 4 years around various countries. Do I list my previous residence for the last 5 years as my permanent home address or do I list all of the places I lived and worked at?

Also for the (applicants last address outside the USA of more than 1 year question)

Will this be the same as the (most recent entry for the applicants residence for the last 5 years) question?

Thanks. Appreciate any help.
