Hey yall, sorry to keep asking so many new questions on here! But thanks for being such a big help.

My current problem is that our interview is a week from tomorrow (called the NVC and found out several days ago), but my fiance still hasn't received the official letter about it. I know this happens sometimes with London not sending out letters or having them be delayed, but is there anything we should do? I know we're supposed to take the letter to the actual interview (I live here at the moment and will go with him), but what do we do if it never arrives? Should we still show up at the embassy at the date and time the NVC told me and just explain the situation to them and hope they let us in? I suppose so. Should we call the embassy or someone else to ask about it? Maybe the letter is still on its way, but it's starting to feel pretty late now...Any advice is appreciated!

I also just emailed the embassy and explained the situation, so maybe I'll get a reply back.

You should get that email before your interview. Print it off, and explain to the girls at security. It shouldn't be an issue. Just make sure you have your MRV receipt, and DS160

K1 AOS:

May 22nd: Sent away AOS package Day 1

May 27th: Notification via text/email confirming receiving package. Day 5

Thanks! What is MRV receipt? Is that the receipt for paying for the visa?

I, too, called the NVC for my interview date and have not yet received a letter. My interview is March 19. I did however email the embassy. They responded in 5 days and said they had mailed it on Feb. 21st. I still haven't gotten it.

Others on here have told me I could bring a copy of the email showing the confirmation. Still hoping for a letter though lol

Good luck to you! We, like everyone, are so worried about the interview....but everyone says they were Cant wait til its all done and dusted!

Yep, same thing happened to us! They said they mailed it on the 21st as well and it's still not here. But yeah, I printed out the email and I hope everything will be fine. Can't believe it's so soon now! Best of luck to you!
