Hi everyone,

I am new to this place and new to immigration processes, I was wondering if anyone could help me about what kind of evidence I might need to provide for the I-130. So, I am filing the I-130 along with I-485 for my husband but since we live with my parents we don't have much of an evidence to prove it's a bona fide marriage. We live together, he is in USA because he goes to school here, he has a student visa. So far, we have 2 different credit card statements, checking account statement, 5 affidavits including 1 from my father for proof of address although we have a basic lease to give him rent, pictures of my husband and me, copy of our licenses for poof of address too, and proof of car insurance under both our names, nothing else. Is this enough evidence to get approved? I am planning on sending the applications in next week.

Thanks for you help
