My mother received the denial letter on Oct 25 '13. According to the denial letter, on Aug 25, USCIS sent a request to submit a disposition of arrest and its affidavits by Sep 27 but my mother never received the notification. Subsequently we have never been able to respond to it.

The denial letter indicates we can submit I290B to request for reopen and/or reconsider within 33 days.

I would appreciate if anyone can enlighten me on I-290B and a disposition of arrest;

1. Do I submit I-290B just asking to reopen the case?

2. Or do I include "disposition of arrest" along with I-290B?

3. if yes to #2, what is "disposition of arrest" and how to prepare for it? Since we do not have the original USCIS request for a disposition of arrest, we don't have any more details, other than what is described on the denial letter. She has never been charged or convicted but she remembers she had several occasions that she had been cited by police for selling food items on public street. She paid fines but she does not remember when those incidents were. Do we need to provide list all of these citations? If so, how do we find the records of these citations?

Thank!
