I am the US citizen/petitioner and my husband is a foreign national living overseas. Im confused about the general process after the I-130 is submitted, approved, and forwarded to NVC. I know that then NVC send me the Affidavit of Support instructions. But my concern is:

1)how NVC will send my husband the DS-3032 since the address we put for him on the I-130 is a physical address NOT a mailing address.

2) If he designates me to be his "agent" on the DS-3032, does that mean I can submit all of the original marriage certificate, his birth certificate, police certificate, etc? Im afaid for him to mail all of those things to the NVC from Rwanda-I feel like it will get lost.

I hope that makes sense, and i would sincerely appreciate any help. This process is so scary and confusing.
