Police certificates for I-156 form: Does having an apartment count as residing in a country

My fiancee and her late husband had an apartment in England that they used when he traveled there on business. They were never there for more than a month at a time. She has since sold the apartment. Does she have to obtain a police certificate from England on the basis of having had a "residence" there even though she didn't reside there for more than 6 months? I haven't been able to find an answer to this question elsewhere.

This sound like a holiday/business trip accomodation home. I wouldn't include that as I wouldn't include addresses of any other holiday hotels, rental villas etc.
