I'm going to try a more organized post with more specific questions.

Situation:

My fiance is about 3 weeks from an interview at the embassy in Poland. I have already sent her an i-134 form with a letter from my employer, pay stubs, and a w2 from last year. The amounts were more than sufficient.

Then yesterday, I lost my job.

Luckily, I have a former coworker who owns her own business now, and will immediately hire me as an independent contractor for about 30k/year in salary.

Questions:

1. What, if any, of the evidence I already sent my fiance should she still use? She shouldn't use my w2 from last year because I no longer work for that company, right? Should she use the pay stubs since they show I've already earned 30k from the old job this year?

2. What evidence should I mail her from my new job? I won't have a tax form yet, and I'm not sure if I can get a paycheck. Will a letter from my new boss on her LLC letterhead stating that I am permanently employed with her and make X salary suffice?

3. Co-sponsor. I think at this point it would be best to send an additional I-134 form with a co-sponsor. Should I use my parents who make 88k combined but have two dependents still, or should I use my former coworker (and new employer) who is more than willing to co-sponsor and makes around 400k /year.

I can't find anything on Poland specifically, but do you think its better to have the non-related cosponsor with the much higher income, or my parents with the 88k.

Thanks for any help. I guess I am just freaking out now because I don't know exactly what is best for my fiance to bring to the interview now.
