Many people have to spend time apart on K-1. It is such a pain-in-the-backside visa.

Is there anyway for him to extend his visa without handing in a passport? Might be worth having a discussion with his schools immigration personell.

Hope everything works out for you. Just remember, anything worth having, don't come easy... Be patient, any wait you will have will be a relatively short one in your life together.

I will ask him to discuss it with his school but the UKBA are pretty strict also about these things. He is going to call them & ask & see what they say. Thank you so much! :) I have faith it will. Only God knows how patient we have been and how long we've been waiting...
