Hey All

Im a May 13th filer, from a Visa Waiver, Im married to a USC. I just wondered how up to date the online case status actually is? I received an RFE and I sent in everything like 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything, my biometrics were taken on June 18th. Also I have 3 cases, an I-130, 1-485 and i-785...does an RFE suspend all the petitions or just the one it's pertaining to? Ive asked 2 different agents at the USCIS customer service and got 2 different answers.

you have to ask 5 different IO's the same question

when you get two answers that are identical, then that is the correct answer

2/5/2013 I-130 NOA1 with error on wife's name
Case status not available

Hi,

I'm in the same position as you...bio's taken around the same time with an RFE...I presumed the AP and Green card would continue to be processed as they are separate applications...I'm hoping so. No definite answer sorry, Good luck with your application :)
