Sponsership Forms and Co-Sponser Forms Poverty Level Guidelines

Hi everyone,

I want to start printing out the forms that I need for the sponsoring portion of this process just to get ahead and gather papers if necessary.

Is there thread or links as to where I can print out these forms? And where can I get the current poverty level guidelines chart?

Thanks! Just navigating through all these forums and portals can be a bit eh... for this visa K-1 is this the poverty guideline I should be looking at? I-864P Poverty Guideline

yes, those are the 2013 guidelines

for the 134 most consulates will accept the 100%

when it comes time to adjust status, you will file the 864 which you will need the 125%

if you are using a co-sponsor, there are some consulates that do not accept co-sponsors with a 134... you can get more specific info in your regional forum

THANK YOU HE IS FROM MOROCCO BUT CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE UK FOR OVER 3 YEARS NOW WITH A STUDENT VISA SO I'M NOT SURE IF THEY ACCEPT CO-SPONSERS OR NOT... WE JUST GOT APPROVED LIKE 2 HOURS AGO. yes regional would be his countries portal.. k1 portal too.. check those threads often .. you might want to ask in Canada too about interviewing locally, not sure if he has the residency status to do so, but it is possible

Thank you! You mean the United Kingdom not Canada... lol I know we are all happy and excited... Yes I put the London Embassy and the fact that he is a student there and living there for more than 3 years I figured they would at least consider it. I'm guessing the consulate info and everything will come to us in the NOA2 notice in the mail but yes thank you again!

ugh, yes, not Canada, but UK, and again start asking about that specifically after you learn the exact status of his UK residency
