I haven't gotten the hard copy of the RFE in the mail, but I believe that it is for not having an a signature on the letter of intent from my fiance (he emailed it to me and I printed it out and included it in the application). I did this before finding this site. After finding all the info on here, I went to see him during Easter break and had him sign a new letter. Thing is that, the letter is dated March 31, 2013. If I have the RFE dated for May 15, are they going to accept it?? Does it have to be dated within 30 days of the RFE date??

I really think that the requirement of an original signature from an individual that could possibly be on the other side of the world, is pretty out there...I mean, this I-129f process isn't even the actual "proving of the relationship" it's just the "ok" to go apply!! protest6wz.gif
