When does the csc people will receive my RFE RESPONSE its taking 7 days already they still did not receive our response..

The lawyer sent our rfe,(which is only a passport pic of my fiance) on may9 up until now, The website wont update,.

do they have a specific time where csc people check their mail?

Please answer.. i would be soooo glad if someone answers my question thanksss!

well it depend what type of shipment did your lawyer used.

i have had an RFE for my husband K1 stage and AOS stage. i usually mail it overnight then the ff day they will received it and a day after my status will be under RFE response review....and in less than 10days we got our NOA2 approval and for his AOS they notify us for upcoming interview. (for both RFE's i had same timeline).

you should ask your lawyer for tracking number so that you could able to track it!!!
