im a fiji citizen and my case has been approved from the NVC and was sent to Fiji on monday last week how long does it takes for the embassy in FIJI to look at it and i get my appointment also pliz if anyone could give more info on interview questions or things that i must avoid doing or saying that might affect my case...also my case has been expedited and the California Senate office is looking at the process of my case closely any help is much appreciated..

NVC will send u an email and appoint the interview date....if all ur paper work is right then there wont be any problem....they will ask for ur sponsors latest tax returns - take the copies of what was submitted to NVC....dont panic and be very confident and clear when they ask u questions...honesty is the best policy and dont tell them more than they ask...just answer to what they are asking u.....read all the paper work ur sponsor (spouse) has has submitted to NVC eg address where u will stay in USA,what does ur spouse do etc....Good Luck

Hey.. how is your process going? I was just approved last week and now off to the nvc.. I had a question about the police clearance in Fiji if you have already done it and if you could pm me if you have time that would be great
