Time spend in Canada--How to calculate

Hi,

I live in NYC and made frequent trips to Toronto Canada in last 5 years. I do not have any idea how many times and for how long i stayed there..but i know i did not spend more than 11 days there. How to document that in N-400. I do not want to misrepresent anything but i do not have a way to confirm either. is there a place where i can get that info...Please share your input.

My second question is regarding traffic ticket. Do we have to document that also..i had three tickets in 2004 in Florida. i requested my history from DMV so i can confirm that...
