I know im getting a little ahead of myself but i was curious to look up the forms of the packet 4 in the dominican republic embassy website that they'll be sending my fiance in the DR. i also printed them because i want to get familiar with them i guess. And i see they're in english... My 2 questions are:

1. Are the ones that the consulate in DR is sending my fiance, are they gonna be in english too? My fiance does not know too much english to fill them out himself....

2. On one of the forms, it says that evidence of financial support should be attached along with BC, evidence of relationship, police certificate, etc. The only one im confused about is the evidence of financial support. What should we take for the evidence of financial support?

Since you need to be with him for the interview, I would fill out the forms and just have him sign them when you arrive. Just make sure you put your information when it asks if you had assistance filling out the forms. As far as the affidavit of support although for the k1 visa you are suppose to be able to use the I-134, I have been told that SD request form I-864. You can print that from the USCIS website. With this form you will need to also have your tax transcripts/return the past 3 years (you may only need the most recent year but better safe than sorry).

As reese1 explain you can start filling in the forms yourself, if you look at the right hand corn I believe is at the bottom of the page sometime the forms have expiration dates on them, What I did was I filled out the forms myself for my husband and had him sign whatever needed his signature, Other then that you should be good on this end... As for the I-134 yes DR embassy for some reason required the I-864 what you can do as well better safe then sorry is just fill both of them out just in case this will be a big time saver. As for the financial evidence your taxes, pay stub , saving (optional) will show great proof.

Me personally I don't think is never to late to start preparing yourself.. You're doing the right thing... I started preparing myself about a month after I filed and look now.... I had all supporting documents ready to go without delay.

So you in the right path!!!!

Ya casi te vas!!!

Your welcome  Yes, that is exactly what I did. We already have the forms filled out, printed and signed(lol I actually had them all filled out before I got the NOA2 and just redid them recently) We are just waiting to hear when the interview date is so we can get the medical and the police certificate. And as Godsgift said pay attention to the expiration dates on the forms that you print out. You can do it now and start getting the information from your fiancee and in the event that they expire before you get to this step, you will have all of the information to just redo the forms.
