Just a group to see how many have applied for a spouse living in the UK. When did you apply and your current update????

Im from dallas, applied for wife Iin August at Chicago address. Transferred to NBC and last update 1st November saying its been sent to another office but no office name given . did not say field office, just said sent to another office.

Sorry I mean we applied after the 20th September not August

Hi, we corresponded on a different thread before. My husband lives near Dallas and I am in the UK. We got our NOA1 dated 28th August, from CSC, were transferred to NBC and then to a USCIS office. Since the official USCIS website said that petitions would be transferred to a local field office, we are assuming it is in the Dallas Office in Irving. Our petition was last touched on 13th September, and we are hoping someone will touch it and approve it soon.

We are going through DCF via the London Embassy. My husband submitted the I130 for me and our four sons early last month and we got NOA1 in the middle of October.

Yes mike we did. So still no change for both of us. Hoping we hear something by end of November. Hopefully thy are at Irving and there isn't a queue there
