My wife and I are very much married, but we've been mostly living separately for a little more than a year because we could not find jobs in the same city. I did telecommute for my work for a period of six months so that I could live with my wife, but I am now back in the city where I work. I thought that this would disqualify from filing for citizenship after 3 years, but I recently found out about "Involuntary Separation" on a USCIS website and that I might still qualify. Does anyone here know if these documents (http://www.uscis.gov/ilink/docView/AFM/HTML/AFM/0-0-0-1/0-0-0-23223/0-0-0-23319/0-0-0-24436.html) and (http://www.uscis.gov/ilink/docView/SLB/HTML/SLB/0-0-0-1/0-0-0-11261/0-0-0-31517/0-0-0-31522.html#0-0-0-19841) are correct and up-to-date? Anyone sees a reason not to apply for citizenship and claim involuntary separation? Thanks!
