i filling out the ds-230 for my wife and im having problem with Q-14 Q31a Q31b and i use her name with out my last name for the i-130 and i want to know if i can use my last name for the ds-230 or use the name that i used for the i-130 and does she have to sing the application or i can just type her name on the application

she has to sign part one only. can you fax it to her so that she can sign or scan it?

Did her last name changed to yours since you submitted i130 is that why you want to use yours on ds230?

Q31a and 31b.did you petition for anybody else to come with her? if so write the persons name on 31a. Does she have any kids or family members that she will petion for once she is stable in USA? if so write the persons name on 31b. if none of these apply to her write N/A on it.
