3 questions if anyone can help. (I-129f, K1)

We got our approved NOA2 for our I-129F on the 22nd of December, but NVC still has no record of receiving this (I am phoning them again today after sending an email off to them with approved petition attached as operator asked me last week (but still no acknowledgment back from NVC FOR email I sent)) With the Xmas backlog should i be worried they are saying they haven't received? or just be patient in them getting and logging our details? Its nearly a month now :( and most seem to go through in afew days! :( (We are both ready with all forms just awaiting LND number to book medical etc) What should i do now on that if they still say they haven't received?

2. After being made redundant because of a fire at work (whole place burned down) what if anything (i am on job seekers allowance) now, do i need for interview regarding CSA for 2 children now living with my ex?

3. Should we just get a years worth of medical insurance now for interview, for me , or wait as we know i am going on his works insurance when married?

Any help appreciated
