Received approval to book interview . . . now what?

Hello! I faxed my checklist and received a letter back saying I can now book my interview. Two questions:

1. Do I send the rest of my paperwork ahead of time? Or do I bring them with me to the interview?

2. I received my approval to book my interview in December, but I can't get time off work to go to Vancouver till March 2012 (I'm from another province). Will it matter? Do I have to update my paperwork (e.g. police certificate and my fiance's financial information)?
