k1 package for interview?

my fiancee lives in a remote area in indonesia. When they send her the package with requirements for interview, will they also mail me a copy also? What if they mail her and it get's there a month late or what if she don't recieve it, is there any way she can be email a copy also? Will they email her also? I dont know what to do, she also has to get police report from hong kong, which mean she has to mail them to them also, and they will mail the results to her embassy, but there is a time limit on when she can go to interview and I dont want to delay anything. any advise?
