Are you saying you never received the receipt from the payment at Banco Popular or did you lose the receipt?

If you never got it I'd go back to that branch immediately and get a replacement receipt. If you lost it, I'd hunt high and low for it and again - return to the branch you paid at, speak to the manager and see if they will reprint it from that day's journal entries.

my question is i just go to the bank tellem what ? that i need to pay my interview fee?

Yes. Bring your passport and pay your inter view fee ($350). If you have a child who will be coming on a K-2 you will have to pay the visa fee for them also. You will get 2 receipts - a yellow one and a white one. Bring BOTH to the iterview.
