Need help please

Hi all, I have my K1 visa interview next week in London and I have a couple of things i would like opinions on. my letter confirming my interview has my daughters name on it as a travelling applicant which she is not, now i did say in my application that i had a daughter but never said she was traveling and they never questioned the fact that there was no medical report for her, but they do want her bith certificates. unfortunately she doesnt have a passport, but as she is not travelling i didnt think she would need it.......do you think this would be a problem??

The paperwork required for the UK embassy wanted ALL birth certs for our case, regardless if the kids were traveling or not. But at the interview no one even wanted or asked for them! Your daughter is not traveling with you, meaning not emigrating at all? Or will she follow later? Maybe a box got checked in error and you can say she is not going, so there is no visa for her. I take it you did not pay for a visa for her.

Thanks for replying, I meant she is not emigrating, only coming for holidays and I didnt pay for her. Its just because her name is down as a traveling applicant, its got me worried. I probably have ticked a box in error.....I will call the embassy tomorrow and try and clear this problem before my Interview next week.
