Hello. My husband currently has his temporary green card and I am his sponsor. I haven't gotten around to changing my name until recently, do I need to send an update with my new married name to USCIS for the I-864?

Again, we've already been approved and he has his green card. I know you have to notify for change of address, but I can't find info on a name change.

Thanks!

Pretty sure the address is the only piece of information they're interested in. They're no longer interested in you, they just want to be able to contact you :-) It would be good if one day they changed to just requiring you give them a valid email address lol.
