IR2 VISA FOR CHILD OF US CITIZEN (WAITING!!!!)

Hello, I'm actually the child of a US citizen and waiting in Haiti for my passport to arrive in Haiti Messenger, with the visa stamp.

I can give some information as to when my passport interview was successfully completed, and how long I've been waiting on a process that should have long been over. It was me and my sister of course that were signed and her passport was received, but mines seems to be taking longer then normal.

Visa Interview at Embassy- June 28, 2011 (FULLY APPROVED WITH NO Administrative Processing)

Pick-up Date by Embassy- July 12, 2011 (NEITHER PASSPORT WAS THERE)

Sisters Passport Arrives- July 18, 2011 (Not the other one)

It is now August 11,2011, and this seems to be carrying on longer then normal. I've tried to contact every number for the Embassy, but all fail to answer or have no response as to where and why my passport is taking so long to come.

I'm asking in this forum to find out if anyone has had something like this, and if anyone has any predictions as to when the passport will be available for Pickup. Also I'd like to know if anyone knows how long the Embassy would take to fix something if there was an error in something (estimation of course), and whether I would be informed of this also whether or not I should be worried or not. Thanks

NOTE THE PASSPORT PICKUP NUMBERS WHERE ONLY 3 NUMBERS APART **76 & **79
