Hello I'm a little bit lost here and was wondering if you guys can help me...maybe some of you have had a similar experience.

So my grandparents got issue an interview by the NVC for september 2nd wich is a Friday, Which makes me think I don't have to schedule one like some here becasue they already have one, so i only schedule one for their finger prints.

They will arrive in ciudad juarez on Wednesday, have their medical exam on Thursday and their finger print appointment that same day at 3:30 is this ok? Friday they will have their interview and leave saturday to Tijuana to wait for their visa throug the DHL.

My question is how long after their interview do people usually get their visas at the DHL office? and Is it ok if they enter through Tijuana and how is the process there once we get to the POE. I'm trying to figure this out because my husband and I will need to pick them up and take some time off work. Thank you for your help.
