Thank you thats great. I just want to check in the letter I recieved from the embassy which directed me to the internet to get the forms I was told to send DS-156k and ut says the following documents must be attached, birth certificate and police certificate. Do they have to be originals and do they have to be sent now? I thought they were just taken to the interview? Also with photos and other evidence do they have to be sent now or are thye just taken to the interview? Thanks so much, I am just worried about making a mistake. I'm sure this gets asked all the time

Don't send anything in with the Packet 3 forms, just the forms. Remember these forms are the same for everyone around the globe. London want to see supporting evidence, police and birth certificate at the interview.

Sorry one last question do I sign DS-156 or not. I see where some people say yes and some people and the checklist say no. Thanks so much

You can sign DS-156. Only DS-156K has to be left to sign on interview day. Also be sure to sign and date any extra supplement sheets that you send along with the forms.
