If you think HillaryRotten has any chance at actual election, consider:

• first time a woman president was even conceptualised (1982), it was by a BRIT author Jeffrey Archer (in "Prodigal Daughter"--at the end, Florentyna becomes president by being VP when sitting president kicks bucket)
  
• first time anyone put a woman VP candidate or presidential candidate, it was due to their already being in losing position (in 1984, Mondale was marginally popular in MN--everywhere else, Reagan was trouncing him from the get-go).
  
• I don't think most people want even one more second (wasn't eight years enough?) of that termagant Hilary in the White House

In this case, rather esoteric and little-known facts which very few born (let alone naturalised) Americans would know at all.

There was a lawsuit in 1984 where two individuals claimed that TP had been COPIED from a game they had developed (but that the company marketing it had then stiffed them); also they offered "evidence" that they had intentionally inserted a mistake (which the marketing company had copied unaltered).

IMO, it sounded believable; also IMO, the "intentional mistake" was in the Baby Boomer edition about the first movie Tarzan (based on the card, I always get this question wrong).

Eh, I remember some of them from looking through voters pamphlets as a wee one. (Of course, I was still indoctrinized by the media bias at the time, and was shocked they'd let a commie run for President at all.)

As for TP, the veracity of their "facts" can be challenged frequently.....and some are dependant on perspective. However they remain facts until disproven/corrected, as with most games (and life).
