Hi Guys,

I'm confused, I'm trying to send form DS230 to my wife to sign and

send it back to me, but I'm stuck on question 39. Name and Address of Petitioner -

Is it my or her address?

Thanks a lot!!

WELL,who is petitioner???Who started process? Who's the one with GC or cizizenship? That one is signing ;)

The DS-230 is all about the non-US spouse. So in this case the "Petitioner" would be your wife. That is how I filled in my DS-230 and had no problem.

I was a petitioner for my hubby. On ds230 it was mostly about him and yes he needed to sign first page, and leave the second blank to be sign by him in embassy-but it didn't say petitioner, because he is not that..he is applicant.Applicant need to sign, not a petitioner(me)

And then when I didn't know something,I called nvc..I called all the time and I always got nice answer...I wanted to make sure that everything goes perfectly fine so none of the forms will be returned so I called :)
