Hey all,

After a relatively smooth VJ, my AOS got transfered to CSC in May...but after getting transfered to CSC, we have had nothing but trouble and delays in our VJ. My fingerprints twice got rejected, I sent back an RFE - I had to prove I had no US criminal record - now I just got an email saying they are sending me another RFE. :(

Last week I got offered an AMAZING career job and I am now worried that everything will be messed up because of this GC problem.

I got my initial EAD in May. I am trying to plan ahead in case I will need to renew it but the USCIS seems to have changed the EAD rules and it is now SO complicated!

-How do I renew my EAD?

-How much time in advance do I need to do it? (I don't want to lose this great teaching job)

-Am I still catergory ©(9)?

-Do I pay the $180 fee again?

-Where do I send the EAD renewal form?

-Do I need to redo the fingerprints plus $70 fees?

All help and advice will be most appreciated.
