Ukraine passport format

Hi,

For Ukraine, does a new passport have to have the little Ukraine map visible on it?

I've seen some samples of passports that have it and some older ones that don't.

In new passports the signature is compulsory to be on the lower right side of the photo page, not at the previous page with the first texts?

Also, the date of issue and expiry is always like this

01 Окт/Oct 2999

instead of

01 10/ 2999

Could a case that this occurs be a real passport?
