YAY NOA1..i need a lil help please

yay NOA1 letter was in mail today im so happy its started. I just signed up to the USCIS website for the email notification.

ive been tryna jump ahead of the game and have applied for my police certificate and husband is sorting his pay stubs and tax stuff.

I read something about a co sponser? how do i know if he doesnt match the requirement so we have to have one?

How long did it take for you to get the I-130 approved after the NOA1?

When it comes to my medical, where do i go? i know not all doctors do it so is there anywhere, where i can find out where i have to go?

What exactly are the next steps..i have read through some of the guides but would feel alot more confident and sure about this all if i read it from someone who has just done it.

As for your police certificate: I guess that you'll need a new one by the time of the Interview !

Current processing time for the i-130 is 5 months. No one knows how long it will take.
