hi,

I filled the G-325A for beneficiary and I have a problem with item 'employment last 5 years'. I'm basically unemployed because I'm a freelancer (I put that in the form). so I listed my collaborations on additional sheet. do I need proof of collaboration with these firms? because the problem is that some of the contracts are lost. and for instance, one of these production companies doesn't exist anymore, it was just temporary for a tv show I worked on. it was a long time ago and I didn't see this coming :) so I didn't keep contracts. anyone in similar situation? :help: thank you!
