How about this?

I filled in and sent off I-751 and didn't enclose the additional data - I'm ####### at forms and my wife decided she wasn't going to fill them in for me any more and that I had to do it.

Anyway, I sent off the documents after consulting USCIS in charleston, together with a copy of my SRC for I-751.

I have the tracking number from USPS that tells me that USCIS received the documents on Sept 12th.

A few days ago I had a blue letter telling me I had not sent the documents. I phoned USCIS and had a not too helpful woman telling me to call again as her computer wasn't working. Today I had a guy who just said "send them off again".

It's frustrating!
